Target Car Seat Trade In April 2024. Starting on april 14 and running until april 27, people across the country can head out to their local target to trade in their old, expired, or even damaged infant and child car seats. Unfortunately, they skipped it in the fall of 2023, but we're hoping to see it come back in 2024.
